The overall management of the company vested with the board of Directors. The board will formulate company policies and provide guidelines for day-to-day business operation. The managing Director is the Chief Executive to look after the business affair and logistic support of the company. Mainly the managerial & technical staff of different level will assist by the Managing Director.
